Yesterday (Wednesday) was day 4. There's no fiber drink for the next few days so thats a YAY. My breakfast was oatmeal with blueberries again. My snacks were the same banana/pb/apple/cashews. Here are the meals that were different:
Leftover Mexican stir fry from Monday with some roasted veggies (asparagus, zucchini and carrots)
When I got home from work we went to the gym. I did week 3 day 1 of my 10k training. It wasn't too hard on me but it has the first jump in jogging time from 1:30 to 3:00. So I got a little winded :) I had a headache and didn't wanna go, but it was gone by the time I was done and I felt really good too.
And on to dinner:
B grilled a yummy steak (and cut it up for
me!) and I had plenty of veggies. Do you see the cheat??? I made Bj some red potatoes and I took two small pieces :) They were soooo delicious. Proud I only had two little pieces instead of a whole serving!

Last night I gave Bj a bday present early (it's not til the 16th) I just couldn't wait. He was excited I think!
I know nothing about whiskey/scotch so I was a little nervous about whether I got something he would like.
So, in conclusion the cleanse is still going really well. Today (Thursday) is day 5 HALF WAY DONE. I am very regular, but no emergencies or anything. I feel really happy that my eating is back under control and I've ran three times this week. I've been in an incredibly happy mood. Seriously, so much that I may be creeping myself out. B has noticed too.
I just cant help it though, I am genuinely happy. I am healthy. I have hobbies I love (blogging and running). I am crazy about my husband, I have a happy pup, we have a safe and cute home and we can pay our bills. I have a good job and the husband is doing what he loves in school ...and I'm pretty positive he's just as crazy about me. :)
