It's the first 4M [May Muscle Mania Monday] post y'all! How did ya'll do last week? I did okay. Just okay!
Here's what was supposed to be done ...versus what I did:
May 1 Wednesday: 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 second plank,
Actual --As you can see I only did the Muscle Mania exercise and not the 30DS I stacked on top of that. See this post. I had a headache...migraine-level, and did the minimum. Way to start the month off right, Samantha. I beat myself up about it, even though my head hurt so bad I was nauseous. Then I got over the self-loathing and took a two hour nap. And still didn't feel better after.
Actual --Did it all! Holla.May 3 Friday:
Actual --Missed it. See this post. Had a huge cake order to do, and didn't sit down until 11 pm. Brightside: added $$ to our savings account.May 4 Saturday:
Actual --Missed it. Work/Mother's day banquet with my mother in law/then first date night in, a month?May 5 Sunday: C25K Week 2-Day 1
Actual --I did C25K W2D1 with BJ and then added on Friday and Saturday's Muscle Mania exercises that I missed: 12 push ups, 20 squats, 20 crunches, 60 star jumps, 25 lunges, and a 30 second side plank.

So right now, I'm all caught up on the Muscle Mania schedule.
Sunday morning I rewrote my May calendar so that I could reorganized the shred schedule, since I missed a couple of shreds I had scheduled.

In conclusion, the first week of May's Muscle Mania kind of sucked. I was unexpectedly spread too thin, and I'm going to try and make sure that doesn't happen again this month.
At least I'm caught up now! I'm going to do my best this next week. Today I have 15 push ups, 30 squats, and 30 crunches!!
