This is the workout schedule I've been following for this month. So I've been doing these workout(s) plus running (jogging?) 2-3 times a week-ish. I'm exhausted. And I think I need an 'off' day, but I don't wanna miss a day of this ...just so I can know I finished something. So, I'll persevere and wait for October 1 for a day to do nothing.

And here's my progress so far:
I keep that cutie^ at my desk with a sheet of stickers like a 5 year old. Whatever! Makes me feel like I've accomplished something ...and gives me a reason to buy stickers.
